Are you confused? It's nothing to be ashamed of. Trust me, I am 99% of the time. Here's the most frequent questions asked, with questionable answers to them.
How do I access Plex/Jellyfin?
First, read the Wiki for full setup instructions. Second, you should've received an invitation link from me with step by step instructions.
Anyway, go to Services, click on one of the Servers, and login. If you didn't request a user account for that service, message me directly on Discord, and I will add you to it.
The Show/Movie I want isn't there! How do I watch it?
Go to Apps and click on Seerr. From there you can authenticate with Plex to request content to be added to the server.
Is the server down?
Great question, how are you reading this? Anyway, if one of the Servers isn't working, check the Status page to see if they're responding. If they are, the problem is with you chief. GG. If this page and everything else isn't working. It's down. Cry.
Why was my request declined?
It was bad and you should feel bad. On a more serious note, I can't answer this concretely in this format. Most of the time, it's due to it being something that does exist, but Seerr doesn't know that.
A common example is Anime Movies. Unless it's a standalone movie (i.e., Your Name, A Silent Voice) it should be available under the Specials Folder for the show itself. If it isn't there and the request was denied, it's likely due to not being able to grab a specific release, or I declined it and started the download manually.
Why is this FAQ filled with so much snark?
You get this for free. Shut up. Do you want to go back to paying for Netflix? Didn't think so.
